Andrew is a mortgage professional. He began his career with National & Provincial Building Society and held a number of roles including Business Development Manager, Branch Manager and Financial Planning Advisor.

Andrew set up his own financial advisor business in 1996 and in 2001 launched Mortgage Q. 2006 has seen some exciting changes with Mortgage Q becoming a limited company on the 1st May

Mortgage Q continues to prosper due to the quality of advice given by Andrew and his team of advisors, and Andrew is constantly improving the range and quality of services provided.

Away from the office, Andrew has become a father for the second time so now has a lot less time for playing golf and football.  He’s looking forward to when Jessica and Matthew can both swing golf clubs!

Suzanne began employment within the Financial Services Industry in 1992 during this time she has worked for the Skipton Building Society, Halifax and Bradford & Bingley enjoying various roles including Branch Manager, Complaints Officer resolving endowment and investment complaints, Mortgage Underwriter, Mortgage Adviser/Broker and Independent Financial Adviser.

Outside of the office she spends all her free time with her sports mad husband (she is definitely a cricket and rugby widow!) and two young sons aged 2 and 3.

Claire joined Mortgage Q out of a desire to give independent advice, following three years with Countrywide Mortgage Services.  She relishes the challenge of unusual and complex financial situations and enjoys helping her clients move to their dream home.

Claire’s free weekends are spent getting down and dirty with friends – naturally, in the wet and muddy pot-holes of the Yorkshire Dales! Her self-confessed biggest weakness is her infatuation with her ridiculous 90’s Japanese sports car, although she is also terrible at squash. Claire lives in Harrogate with her fiancé, and is devoted to, and inspired by her five year old step-son and baby Godson.

Jarrod has worked in the financial services industry for more than 15 years and specialises in helping first time buyers and customers with mortgage needs relating to a divorce or separation. 

Jarrod is a graduate in psychology and spends his spare time playing golf and tennis. He's also a keen skier.

I have worked within the Financial Services Industry since 1995 and have been providing mortgage advice since 1997. Prior to joining Mortgage Q I worked for Bradford & Bingley for 11 years.

Outside of the office I have my hands full with 2 young boys aged 5 and 1 and also my husband, I too am a Cricket Widow!

Peter has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 2002 working with Bradford & Bingley from processing mortgage applications for customers to working within the Marketing team. Peter has joined Mortgage Q as he enjoys constantly meeting new people and has a lot to offer in helping people to arrange mortgages, from 1st time buyers to the most wise of property investors.

He is still adapting to life up north after relocating from London in 2003 and lives with his girlfriend and their 2 cats in Saltaire. He enjoys going to the gym and when he can getting to see the Arsenal play the best football in the land!!!
