Andrew Milnes
Andrew is a mortgage professional. He began his career with National &
Provincial Building Society and held a number of roles including
Business Development Manager, Branch Manager and Financial Planning
Advisor.
Andrew set up his own business in 1996 and in 2001 launched Mortgage Q.
Mortgage Q continues to prosper due to the quality of advice given by
Andrew and his team of advisors, and Andrew is constantly improving the
range and quality of services provided.
Andrew has been a magistrate in Bradford for the last 6 years and last
year was appointed a trustee of Bradford Cancer Support Centre, a cause
close to his heart.
Married to Louise he has two Children, Jessica, 6 and Matthew, 3. Away
from the office, Andrew enjoys nearly all sports, but now more in a
spectator capacity!
2009 however did see him complete a number of 10k races and the Great
North Run for charity. Despite offering to give away his running shoes
after the Great North Run Andrew feels there are probably another few
races in the old legs yet!

Chris Law
Chris was born in Leeds and brought up in Warwickshire but eventually
moved back to his roots and now lives in Skipton, North Yorkshire.
He has been married to Helen for 29 yrs and has a daughter Sara 23
living in London and a son Richard 21 living at home, aren't they
always!!
Chris started his career when he left school to work in family garage
business, he then started his own property development business before
moving into commercial and residential lettings. More latterly he has
worked as a commercial mortgage broker during the BTL boom before moving
to the Post Office Financial Services arm to sell National Savings &
Investments and Bank of Ireland Mortgages.
Away from work Chris enjoys anything outdoors, walking, mountain biking,
motor biking and beer gardens although he is quick to add not
necessarily in that order!

Richard Sunderland
Richard is married to Jan and has two step children, Emma, 21 and James,
18. He joined the Financial Services Industry in 1980 having been
educated at Bradford Grammar School.
After 14 years with Midland Bank and Scottish Widows Richard moved to
John Charcoal as a Mortgage Broker. Whilst at Charcoal he completed the
Financial Planning Certificate.
His last two positions have seen him working for two local companies as
a mortgage and protection advisor.
Away from work Richard enjoys Walking, Cycling, Travelling, Golf and Is
also a life long Leeds United fan which may explain the long face!
